An Australian family owned and operated business, Quench fruit extracts’ are produced from natural fruits that are locally sourced with low to no added sugars. We source our fruits from the best orchards across the land, organic where possible and only the best fruit goes into our range. Being based on simple age old methods utilising ingredients commonly available in past centuries ensures that the Quench Fruit Extract’s range is free from synthetic flavours, preservatives and colouring.
Our recipe for the lemon extract has remained unchanged for over 140 years! However, over the years we have experimented with different seasonal fruits and thus have extended our range. We have also included sugar and sugar free versions providing a healthier alternative.
Quench fruit extracts’ have won numerous awards at the Royal Sydney Fine Food Show for four consecutive years. We are extremely proud to announce that our Raspberry Fruit Extract won the 2016 Silver medal at the Royal Royal Sydney Fine Food Show. This is a testament to the quality, flavour and freshness of our products.
